Karratha Pilbara Therapy provides physiotherapy, occupational therapy, mental health counselling, paediatric therapy, workplace health, and telehealth services. All practitioners are registered with AHPRA.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a cancellation fee as communicated at the time of booking.

GST is applied in accordance with the A New Tax System (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999 (Cth).
Before commencing treatment, your therapist will explain the proposed treatment, expected outcomes, potential risks, and alternative options. Your informed consent will be obtained before any treatment is provided, in accordance with AHPRA requirements and WA health legislation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or modifies any consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Where services are provided to a consumer, you may have guarantees that services will be rendered with due care and skill and fit for the purpose communicated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
All content on this Site is owned by or licensed to Karratha Pilbara Therapy. Exercise programs and treatment plans are provided for your personal use only.
Clinical records are maintained in accordance with AHPRA requirements and WA health records legislation. Records are kept for the minimum periods required by law.
Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, then mediation via the Resolution Institute (Australia), and finally the courts of Western Australia.
Your personal and health information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
